Social work is a big part of working with in an orphanage here – teaching children how to interact with each other and a basic education are what volunteers can expect. Volunteer will be place in an orphanage near by Kathmandu or in Kathmandu city. Volunteer will stay with host family or in Orphanage (if available) during their placement time. The age of the Orphanage children will be mostly 3 to 16 years old. During the placement, time volunteer will be teaching English, general health education, arts, music and sports could assist them in their School’s homework. Volunteer can also do informal teaching in Orphanage. Limited seats are available on this program.

This program includes:

» Teaching English (or subject of your choice) in local school.

» Extra activities. (Games, Quiz, Drama & writing skills)

» Help Orphan kids in their School's homework.

» Health & sanitation observation.
