Arrive in Kathamndu; We will Pick you up from The International Airport by Private car/Van, Drop you at the Hotel and have meeting at Our office Regarding the Permits and other arrangment of your Trek. 

After having breakfast you take a sightseeing tour around Kathmandu valley. You will visit many Buddhist and Hindu temples which reflect the local culture and tradition of Nepalese society. In the afternoon you will be taken back to your Hotel.

Kathmandu to Arughat to Soti Khola (710m), Take early morning Bus to Dhading Bensi then continue to Aarughat. While you are at Aarughat you could catch the local jeeb drive to Soti khola. Over Night at Soti Khola Small Village beside the River. 

Soti Khola to Machhi Khola; After you cross the bridge the trail goes through the green forest. The last part is rocky trail up to Gurung Village Lapubesi then follow along the riverbank until we reach Machhi Khola. 

Machha Khola to Jagat: We continue the trail along the river, Walk through the forest where you could meet Langur Monkeys as well. Overnight at Jagat, the Larger Gurung Village. 

Jagat to Deng: The trails begins the rocky ridge where view of Sringi Himal emerge, Before entering Nupri we would pass the farming area where they grop maize, millet , potatoes and vegitables. Overnight at Deng beside the Deng River.

 Deng to Namrung: A short distance beyoud Deng, the trail climb to Rena, after passing some houses the trail climbs high above the river and drop into the Sringi Valley by passing the numberous Tibetan Mani walls inter colorful forest before reaching Namring.

Namrung to Lho: Continuning from Namrung the trek climbs steadily in to the alpine where you will see the first stunning glimpse of Manaslu. Here the tibetan culture begins. We stay overning at Lho village.  

Lho Gham to Samagaon  : after shoet trek you will reach to the village Samagaun. 

Samagaon (rest day)  Trek to Manaslu Base Camp or Pungyen Gompa and Birendra Tal.

Samagaon to Samdo (3860)m A village with 3 valleys converging upon it, known for its yak herding.

Samdo to Larkya Phedi (4480m) Pass along a glacier to a dramatic gorge

Larkya Phedi to Bimthang (3720m) – climb the Larkya La (5100m) A challenging day over the high Larkya La

Bimthang to Tilje (2300m) Outstanding views of Manaslu, inspiring forest and the valley below

 Tilje – Chamche (1410m) Descend into the Marsygandi Valley, meeting up with the classic Annapurna Trail

Drive back to  Kathmandu via Benshishahar
