Trip Introduction
This is one of the shortest classic treks in Nepal. It passes through country inhabited by a hues diversity of people. It offers amazing mountain scenery and takes you north of Annapurna & Mt. Machhapuchare (Fishtail) ranges. This region is greatly settled and farmed. Sarankot is an best point to view both a sunrise & sunset within the magnificent Himalayan range. You will have views of mountains of Dhaulagiri, and Annapurna, including the wonderful Mt. Machhapuchare (Fish Tail). Sarankot village is perched on the North West of Pokhara with charming views of Pokhara Valley and the Phewa Lake. This is not only a remarkable trek, but one of the most popular treks in Nepal. It passes through beautiful countryside inhabited by highly diversify communities of people. This region is heavily settled by the mid hills tribe "Gurungs." Gurungs are the famous Gurkha soldiers in the British, Indian, and Nepalese Army. This trek offers excellent scenery surrounding by the Himalayan Range.

Outline Itinerary
Detail Itinerary for Dhampus-Sarangkot trek
Green Valley Nepal Treks representative will well come you at Tribhuwan International Airport in Kathmandu then transfer to the Hotel. At evening we will talk about about our trip.
Day 2After breakfast we will bring you for Kathmandu Valley sightseeing Pashupati, Sowyabhunath (Monkey temple), Boudhanath.
Day 37 hrs drive or 30 min fly to Pokhara then boating on Phewa Lake
Day 440 min drive to Phedi and start trek to Dhampus (1650 m) 3 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 5Dhampus to Sarankot.(1590m) 5 hrs (B.L.D)
Day 6Sarankot to Pokhara.(950m) 3 hrs (B)
Day 7Pokhara sightseeing around Phewa Lake, Devies falls, Gupteshower Cave etc.
Day 8Drive or fly to Pokhara
Inclusions:
- Airport pickup and drop off by our private vehicle
- Kathmandu/Pokhara Hotel room on bed with Breakfast (B) basis
- All land transfer as per above itinerary
- Annapurna Conservation Area Project (ACAP) entry permits fee
- Trekkers Information Management System (T.I.M.S) permits fees.
